In this role you will be joining the founding team alongside co-founders Phil Dakin and Ish Baid.
Ish is a 3x founder (YC S20, Forbes 30 Under 30) and was previously an engineer at Facebook and helped build their in-house HRIS called the “Org Tool.” It was there he got a detailed understanding of pain points around HR and recruiting.
Phil brings strong development expertise, having previously led a technology team at trading firm Citadel Securities, where he worked directly with researchers applying AI to predictive pricing.
We’re building on the bleeding edge of generative AI and you’ll help us build innovative, new tools that large and impactful businesses use every day.
Wayside helps PEO automate client inquiry resolution using AI. Instead of needing to hire a large operations team to help scale the business, they can leverage our AI solution to reduce the man power needed to service clients, in turn reducing costs and increasing profitability.
