Wayside is an early-stage AI startup that helps professional employer organizations (PEOs) scale their client operations without scaling headcount, using our AI-powered analytics and automation platform.

We’ve grown 270% in the last 2 months and are looking to bring on a founding operations generalist as our first non-technical full-time hire to help us ensure we deliver a world-class product experience for our customers.

In this role you will be joining the founding team alongside co-founders Phil Dakin and Ish Baid.

What You’ll Work On

As full-time employee #4, you can expect to work on a large variety of things, but our core areas of need are:

• Sales: You will help support our founder in closing deals, including preparation for sales calls, drafting email agendas/follow-ups, documenting sales conversations, creating proposals, and more.
• Marketing: You will help create brand awareness through various marketing activities, including the creation of blogs and social media posts, attending industry trade events, and more.
• Customer Success: You will help ensure our customers are successful in the implementation and use of our software solution, including scheduling regular check-ins, creating documentation, and more.

Location

US / Canada only - Remote or Hybrid (In-person available in NYC or West Palm Beach)

Compensation

Base: $50k - $70k

Equity: 0.5 - 1.5%
